Supercharge Your Health & Spirituality with Annie Jones - session 2

9 September, 2023
(Registration open till December 2025)

I have spent many years exploring the frontiers of health, well being and spirituality. At this time in my life I want to share what I know and what has brought me joy and inner peace, with others - YOU. I believe that there is no error in the system - We have met either face to face or online so that we can nourish each other's lives in some way!

The mentoring sessions I am setting up will explore all the elements that I have found important to me over the years and will include

  • How to wake up in a way that touches your whole day with magic.
  • How to ignite your passion for the day by clearing the sluggishness from your mind and body.
  • How to end your day in a powerful, healing way
  • Ways to add magic and love to your personal sadhana (practice)
  • the power of mantra
  • the power of the elements and nature
  • Ayurveda and how it can fine tune your health and well being
  • the power of sangha, seva, and satsang for spiritual evolution

Each session will add a different element and help you build a complete and holistic personal growth approach.

This event accrues 1 CPD point for DPN members.

The spirituality of yoga course and the sangha that followed have really helped me establish a daily meditation practice and have helped me grow in self-confidence and feel more connected with myself.

Lovely pace. Plenty of time to explore posture, discuss the philosophy and subtle energies and chat with other yoga teachers. Really enjoyed it.

When I came along to a Youth course at Dru I didn’t really know what to expect as I had no prior experience with any yoga. But it was a really enjoyable experience and I’m glad I made the decision to go.
The people on the course were all really nice, and I’m friends with everyone I’ve met through the retreats.
Also, the food is really incredible, you will love it.
I’ve always had really tense back and shoulder muscles, resulting in poor posture and poor shoulder flexibility. Even though at first difficult if you stick with it you will eventually see results, as I have.
If you’re considering coming to a Dru Youth retreat I would recommend it, and I found it to be really worhwhile
