3. Dru Meditation Retreat
For new and experienced meditators. Enjoy a progressive series of workshops exploring relaxation and meditation. This is the ideal way to learn to feel contentment and deep healing whilst calming the mind and removing stress from the body.

Counts as a pre-requisite for those enrolling on Dru Meditation Teacher Training Course Nov 08.

4. Dru Yoga Retreat

Requires an average level of fitness. Learn how to get the most out of Dru Yoga's flowing sequences, using specific breathing techniques, visualisations and mudras to help deepen your experience.

5. Dru Yoga Summer School
For Dru Yoga teacher training undergraduates. Tailor-made to your requirements... Review postures and koshas in greater depth, explore the energetic effects of EBR sequences and consolidate your teaching skills.

6. Dru Dance certificated course
Certified course for Dru Yoga graduates. Learn the principles of Dru Dance and how to safely and effectively teach it to your yoga students. On successful completion of this course you’ll receive a certificate for teaching an aspect of Dru Dance.
