• Knowledge on the chakras and subtle energy systems

What’s the course structure?
The teacher training course structure differs depending on location. In Scotland and London the course consists of 16 weekends over two years. In Snowdonia it consists of three, five-day modules per year, for two years. In Northern Ireland it's four day modules. You will develop a regular meditation practice and will be given detailed guidelines for optimising your personal experience of meditation. Home study will consist of refining your practice.
You need to attend two qualifying Dru meditation events in order to apply for this course. Alternatively, you need to attend at least a term of Dru meditation classes with a qualified Dru meditation teacher, in place of one of the retreats. Mentoring with our senior meditation teachers may be arranged if you can’t attend the required events.
