On this ‘Try Out Day’ you will experience the different aspects of the Dru Yoga Teacher Training Course including:
• the principles of Dru Yoga
• Energy Block Release sequences
• Dynamic Flow
• Posture work
• Pranayama
• Meditation
• Relaxation
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Yogic Philosophy
There will also be time for questions and answers and an opportunity to meet some of the course tutors.
