Develop Dru Meditation and Walking in Snowdonia

Do you love Dru meditation? Do you want to go deeper?

Then learn the calming, energizing effects of Dru Meditation and Walking on this in-depth course, and at the same time, have a holiday in a stunning venue in North Wales.

This course is designed for people who have tried Dru meditation, and don't wish to follow the training course at this time. It consists of a weekend retreat at Dru's luxury venue, Yr Ocar, nestled in 5 acres of woodland.

This course will introduce you to the core elements of meditation that are uniquely Dru. You'll learn how to create a strong home meditation practice and understand the more subtle elements that make meditation successful. You will learn the health benefits of meditation, and how it can help manage stress and anxiety. There will also be time for walking in the beautiful hills and valleys of Snowdonia, to make the most of summer in this beautiful part of the world.

I’ve not done any Dru Meditation before – is this course right for me?

This course is for people who have experienced some meditation before, whether through a retreat, taster day or mentoring session. Please call us if you're unsure!

The weekends are £330 each, which includes tuition, shared accommodation and delicious food. Single rooms are an additional £25 per night. If you pay more than  2 months before the course weekend, you save £50 with our early bird rate, making each weekend £280 all inclusive.

Please email hello@druworldwide.com or phone 01248 602900 if you'd like to attend this course.

After you finish this course, you may join the Meditation teacher training course at module 2, which is 9-14th September at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge.
