This is a new, dynamic way to raise your energy levels and improve your overall health, through invigorating Dru Yoga movements, isometric stretching and focused breath patterns.


During this Develop weekends you’ll experience yoga sessions—for all ages and levels of fitness—that increase stamina and strength. There will also be time to chill out and enjoy a therapy or a walk in Snowdonia. After this course you’ll feel fitter, more confident and dynamic—you’ll be amazed
how quickly your body responds.
