Yoga & Walking holiday in Snowdonia

Need a rejuvenating walking and yoga holiday? Then take a long weekend away to walk through some of the world's most beautiful scenery - the ancient landscape of Wales. This is an intermediate course - ideal if you've done some yoga before and want slightly stronger walks.
You'll experience at least three hours daily of Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation before, during and after walks in Snowdonia National Park. The walks will be 4-6 hours long and will take you to mountains, forests, waterfalls and majestic lakes. You'll also enjoy glorious relaxation sessions and optional therapies to help you to relax and re-charge. This holiday is suitable for people of average fitness, and is an ideal introduction to the beauty of North Wales for overseas guests.
May is one of the best months to explore the mountains of Snowdonia as part of a refreshing yoga holiday, but the programme will be flexible to take account of the weather.
