Roll up your yoga mat and come along to these free introductory Dru Yoga and Meditation classes. These classes will include flowing Dru Yoga sequences, revitalising yoga positions, relaxations for stress-relief and a taste of Dru meditation techniques.
We will have seasonal refreshments available, and a special Christmas Sale at the Dru Shop!
Whether you're a yoga beginner or want an intermediate yoga course, the free classes will give you a taste of Dru Yoga's fresh, energetic, positive and complete approach to health and well being.
At these Dru Yoga classes, you'll be able to talk to experienced Dru Yoga teachers, learn about the Dru Yoga Teacher Training Course and buy yoga books, yoga DVDs and yoga CDs. Please wear comfortable yoga clothes and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
