Learn movement and relaxation, mind management training and nutrition for a healthy back.

  1. Restore flexibility, strength and postural awareness through gentle yoga and relaxation.
  2. Learn how to tone the muscles of the back to create a strong support system in your body.
  3. Improve your posture, relieve headaches, neck and shoulder tension.
