5 Steps to Ultimate Health

In the last few years I have dedicated much of my time to learning and discovering just how movement programmes and nutrition can be combined to create an ultimate package for health and wellbeing. This is the theme of my new Ebook and workshop series; '5 Steps to Ultimate health' which I am so excited about! It is the culmination of many years of my work and research. I have already trailed it on several of my clients and courses, and have found the results to be astonishing. Feel energised, confident and positive about your healthy future!

Mental affirmation, knowing and feeling yourself healthy as well as specific physical movements are essential for your success. In this workshop I will be guiding you through my tried and tested 5 step process, so that you too can reach your Ultimate Health!

This workshop is practical and experiential. As well as learning specific movements to help specific organs, we will be exploring factors such as stress and the acid/alkali balance of the body which may be inhibiting your natural health.

Resource materials will be available both at the workshop and online to support your learning. Home study products and discounts on future courses and events will also be available.
