Chris Barrington - Chakra analysis
Chris has spent nearly thirty years working with Yoga, Meditation, and the sciences of self development. Chakra analysis is a powerful method of determining what the internal state of energy is in the physical and subtle bodies. Chris uses his unique insight into the chakras to enable him to determine where the energy blocks are in your life and give you the best advice and practices to help you to restore flow and balance at every level.
Chris Barrington - Jyotish
This is the name given to the science of astrology as it is practised in India. Complementary to western astrology, Jyotish focuses upon determining the external influences that the cosmos has on us and providing formulae to bring balance to those energies. Most of us are unaware just how much we are affected by planetary influences, and sometimes when things seem too much, it can be caused by a combination of negative influences that just needs to be balanced in order to relieve it.
Lalita Doerstel – Mudras for Health
Lalita is a Dru Yoga consultant with over 20 years experience using hand mudras for specific physiological & emotional health conditions. Learn how mudras work and experience their instantaneous effect on your physical and mental wellbeing. You will receive your own personal daily mudra practice to enhance your vitality, improve your inner balance deepen your connection with yourself. Take responsibility for yourself with this essential yogic practice.
Coby Langford – Dru Yoga for back pain
Coby is a British trained osteopath, Registered with the General Osteopathic council, and The British Osteopathic association. She has carried out post-graduate studies in cranial osteopathy in America and the UK. Coby qualified at the age of 18 as a Dru Yoga Instructor, and went on to study Osteopathy to further her understanding of the musculoskeletal system. She now combines the two approaches of Osteopathy and Yoga to provide patients with home programs for self management of back pain. Her unique holistic approach to controlling back pain stems from her naturopathic training.
Julie Hotchkiss – Nutrition for cellular health
