I’ve been teaching Dru Yoga, meditation and sound for over 20 years and am always so amazed by how quickly I feel calm, relaxed and energized after these 3 minute techniques. I will be sharing with you many techniques to help you find amazing levels of energy, ease your back pain and get rid of your stress. And don’t just take my word for it – research has just been published showing that Dru Yoga effectively reduces back pain and workplace stress.
In this workshop, you will learn...

- simple, effective meditation to keep your mind calm and clear
- healing sounds to balance and harmonise your emotions
- chakra meditation to empower your confidence and inner strength
