She has taught Dru yoga for 20 years, and has taught it to people with MS, Heart conditions, 2 research projects (heart & back pain in collaboration with john Moore’s University), classes, different organisations in Liverpool – schools, community groups teaching wide variety of people with different needs & abilities. | ||||

What to bring with you: We’d advise that you wear loose, comfortable and bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket especially for the yoga, meditation and dance workshops. Located right at the very 'heart of Scotland', equidistant from Glasgow and Edinburgh and within the gaze of the historic Wallace Monument.
