Connect with your Soulforce through the ancient art of Yantra - includes the creation of your own Mandala. Ancient methods to bring balance to body and mind, as well as a great sense of joy (suitable for beginners).

The art of drawing and painting yantras teaches the mind to concentrate. During this type of sadhana (yogic practice) the right hemisphere of the brain (which is the visual / non verbal side) gets activated which heightens your intuition and awakens your creativity. The symbolism of a yantra represents a universal pattern of energy. Spend a day creating your own personal yantra symbolizing your essence. You do not need to be skilled in art or graphics to attend this workshop tuition and materials plus insight and meditation techniques are all included in the workshop programme.
