Andrew Wells has helped pioneer Dru's work in conflict zones and transforming painful emotions into positive. And on this very special evening he wants to share the essence of that - with you!

Every emotion, every driving force within our psyche is simply an energy. And like all energy, it's available to be a great force for good within our lives. The secret of transforming emotions lies in understanding this energy, and learning how to nourish and guide it in the direction you'd like it be going - rather than allowing it to dance at the mercy of old patterns!

Emotions are simply 'Energy in Motion', and tonight Andrew will give you an introduction to how and why Dru Yoga is so very effective in harnessing their energy. This will enable you to choose techniques that redesign this energy to propel you towards your most cherished goals.

I thought it was a great course. A lovely combination, especially as Keith related the doshas to different personality and behavioural traits, and that these were linked with the relevant balancing yoga sequence in the afternoon.
