Masterclass - Five Mudras for Subtle Body Health

14 October, 2020
(Registration open till December 2025)

Five key systems dramatically influence your health - both physical and within your subtle body. And in fact, if you can build the health of your subtle body, physical health is likely to automatically follow!

Mudras are gestures of the hands, face or body that promote physical health, psychological balance, and spiritual awakening.

Lalita Doerstel is Dru's international Mudra master, renowned not only for her vast knowledge of the topic, but also for her profound sensitivity and awareness of how to bring healing to whoever she is with.

The sanskrit word mudra can be translated as gesture, seal, attitude, or signature. They are gestures that evoke psychological and spiritual attitudes and qualities. The word mudra is derived from two root words, mud which means delight, pleasure, or enchantment, and rati, which means to bring forth.

Learning the art of practicing Mudras will

  • manage prana or life force energy flow in your body
  • deepen your concentration and focus on meditation and pranayama
  • have a positive impact on a wide variety of health conditions
  • have beneficial effects on your hands

Tonight, Lalita will be teaching you five key mudras for boosting the health of your subtle body. As a result, you'll be on a journey towards a greater sense of the kind of head-turning radiance that others would describe as your personal charisma.

Welcome to a remarkable new world!

I enjoyed the challenging yoga moves with Padma before and after lunch. It was a beautiful day for me - an opportunity to take care of my wellbeing and remind myself of good practice that I can do at home, with kindness to myself.

There was lots of variation, some easy, some more challenging. Lots of explanation about how to move and the theory behind the moves. I love to know stuff :).

Having attended classes for over a year it was really good to have a taster of a longer session and different poses, breathing techniques. Felt very centred.
