Embody the Flow in Energy Block Release 3
Learning to let the breath move the body is a delightful experience. You tap into an inexhaustible source and you feel the movement express itself from the inside out. Magical!
This Masterclass guided by Nanna Coppens offers a deep connection with the Pranamaya Kosha. The movement work is based on Dru’s much loved Energy Block Release 3 - Awakening the Heart.
The key experiences include:
- mobilising major joints to optimise pranic flow
- combining isotonic movement with Udana breath
- knowing the difference between energy and force
You will come away with a deeper understanding of how to move and breathe in order to optimise pranic flow and get maximum benefits from your Energy Block Release practice.
This session is the perfect try out for our new postgraduate course on The Subtle Energetics of Dru Yoga, which is open to yoga teachers from all traditions.

I really enjoyed the activations. The relaxation was particularly good. The segmented vitality sequence - very useful technique. I also enjoyed the simplicity of the flowing tree sequence. I enjoyed my day practicing Dru Yoga with a lovely group of people. Thank you Padma, Anne, Sue and Bob.
Having recently had open heart surgery I was hesitant to as to what yoga I could do. Dru has just proved to me that it is accessible to all. Thank you
